If you’re interested, please contact us to request a 15-minute call with Dr. Lee to ask questions about the practice, memberships, insurance, and what to expect. There’s no obligation to join, and no medical advice will be provided.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
& FOLLOW-UP

To book an initial 60-minute consultation with Dr. Lee, patients submit a non-refundable $150 booking fee and complete a new patient form and medical records release for review prior to the visit. After the consultation, a 30-minute follow-up will review findings and next steps.

CHOOSE YOUR
MEMBERSHIP

If appropriate, patients can enroll in a membership program offering comprehensive rheumatology care with integrative support, including medication management, joint injections, prior authorizations, and easy communication with Dr. Lee. Learn more about what’s included in each membership here.
