With direct access to your Rheumatologist, you’ll never wait 3-6 months for an appointment again.

Direct care means direct access to your physician. This means more time, deeper understanding, and care that truly addresses your whole self—mind, body, and spirit. By removing insurance barriers and limiting practice size, we create space for meaningful partnerships and long-term healing rooted in both modern medicine and integrative care.

How Direct Care Works:

Comprehensive Initial Consultation

Begin with a 60-minute in-depth evaluation where Dr. Lee reviews your history, symptoms, and medical records to assess for rheumatologic conditions and underlying factors affecting your health.

Follow-up and Personalized Care Plan

A 30-minute follow-up visit provides time to review findings, discuss diagnoses, and outline personalized treatment recommendations or next steps.

Ongoing Care Through Membership

If appropriate, you may enroll in a 6- or 12-month membership for ongoing, integrative rheumatology care that includes regular visits, direct access to Dr. Lee, and proactive management designed to support long-term wellness.

Membership Plans & Pricing

At Sage Rheumatology, every membership plan gives you the same attentive, comprehensive care; the only choice you make is how long you’d like to partner with us. We set our minimum membership at 6 months because that’s the amount of time it typically takes to establish care, see meaningful progress, and adjust treatment for the best long-term results.

Membership Includes:
  • One 60 min initial comprehensive integrative medicine assessment to develop personalized recommendations for integrative treatment approach
  • Active patient status with access to Dr. Lee, communication via patient portal and timely responses between visits
  • In-person or telemedicine visits (~every 6 weeks)
  • Timely prior authorizations for medications
  • Medication management to control any rheumatologic symptoms
  • Joint injections, if clinically appropriate
  • Coordination of Care

12-MONTH

$2400 total / $200 per month

Affording Membership

A longer commitment lowers your monthly cost, discounts are available for prepayment, and renewals can be customized into a maintenance or remission plan with fewer visits and reduced cost.
